“With the water-powered Dosatron units our washes qualify for GreenBuild criteria. Dosatron uses the available water pressure to mix and accurately deliver chemical without the delivery pumps. This saves in the initial electrical installation requirements as well as the on-going cost of power, in turn saving money.
We have been using Dosatron injectors for over 7 years and with our new Self Serve 280E Variable Frequency Drive system, paired with the Dosatron chemical board, it enables us to install self serve systems without any tanks. Most tanks take up space in the equipment room and are subject to overflow. Dosatron has been the only injector to stand up to high and low PH chemicals.
We install three injectors for Wax, Presoak and Soap applications and three injectors for the Tri-Foam system. With a water meter installed we know exactly how much chemical is being applied per pass which gives us the cost-per-wash capability.”
