Dosatron Introduces D14 Into Hygiene Market

CLEARWATER, Fla, February 10, 2009 – Dosatron International, Inc. today announced that it will begin selling the new D14 – 14 GPM series of chemical injector for all hygiene applications. The new injectors will replace the DI – 11 GPM series that was previously sold for these applications. Parts and service for the DI series will remain available for the foreseeable future.

“The new D14 – 14 GPM chemical injector represents the next evolutionary step in Dosatron engineering,” said Jason Maddox, Dosatron’s vice president of industrial sales.  “It offers the reliability and repeatable results that hygiene applications depend on, while being much easier to maintain and service than any other injector on the market.”

Installed directly into the water supply, Dosatron chemical injectors are powered by the water already used in the process, therefore reducing energy costs. They accurately and continuously inject hygiene and food processing chemicals at the point of application. Variations in water flow or pressure do not affect the units operation as they compensate for changes, thus offering consistently repeatable results.

The new D14 series’ simple design makes them very easy to use and maintain, reducing down time and saving money. Their precise ratio adjuster allows for minute adjustments, thus enabling the user to control chemical costs more closely than ever before. The housing of the new D14 GPM offers higher chemical resistance than the DI series, therefore providing a longer injector life.

Three models are available: D14MZ2 in 1:500 to 1:50; D14MZ5 in 1:200 to 1:20 and D14MZ10 in 1:100 to 1:10.  The new Dosatron D14 is available for purchase anywhere Dosatron chemical injectors are sold. As with all other Dosatron products, these injectors are serviced and supported by a world-class customer service team.
