INSTALLATION METHODS

Bypass Series Parallel

Installed directly in the water supply line, the injector operates without electricity, using water pressure as the power source.

The water activates the injector, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the stock solution container. Inside the injector, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream.

The amount of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the injector, regardless of variations in flow or pressure which may occur in the main line.

Dosatron units may be installed in a variety of system configurations in addition to being put directly in the water line. Special configurations allow you to flush clean water, inject multiple solutions and increase your water flow. The most common installation configurations are BYPASS, SERIES AND PARALLEL.

PLEASE NOTE:
FOR INSTALLATIONS ON ALL WATER SYSTEMS YOU MUST CONFORM TO ALL STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS CONCERNING THE USE OF FERTILIZER AND CHEMICAL INJECTION DEVICES
